For the complete overhauling of cryo pumps, which is similar to rebuilding a pump, the active coal arrays are newly coated, the condensation area re-layered and laminated with a special coating. Those are only two from a couple of productioning steps. In this area, we were able to expand our experience massivly throughout the past few years.

Another special feature we offer is the regeneration of so called “exotic pumps” which are for example: Genesis, Ebara, Varian and APD.

Furthermore we offer special uses for the recovery of He-adsorbers. Partially these are rebuild in order that the future regeneration is more economic. We provide a large range of replacement adsorbers.
